By purchasing or using the Website Growth Audit service from Flow Growth Studio ("we", "us", "our"), or by using flowgrowthstudio.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide a manually reviewed Website Growth Audit covering technical SEO, on-page analysis, website performance, and keyword opportunities for up to 15 pages of your website, delivered as a personalized PDF report with a prioritized action plan.
The audit is a one-time payment of $29 USD, processed securely through Razor Pay. No subscription or recurring charge is created by this purchase.
Your audit report is delivered within 48 business hours after (a) your payment is confirmed, and (b) you have submitted the required website information via our post-payment questionnaire. Delivery time is measured in business hours and does not include weekends or public holidays observed by Asian and Indian Region.
If you book an eligible implementation project with us within 30 days of receiving your audit, your $29 audit fee will be credited toward that project.
The audit provides recommendations based on observable evidence at the time of review. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and whether and how recommendations are implemented.
The audit report is provided for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the report as your own product or service. Flow Growth Studio retains ownership of the report's format, methodology, and underlying materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Growth Studio's total liability arising from the audit service is limited to the amount paid for that service ($29 USD). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the report or its recommendations.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of any payment made — if we determine the request falls outside the scope of our service or violates these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
